Costa Rica is stealing Ecuador's lunch money when it comes to tourism. Funny thing, both destinations happen to have the same touristic offer, but Costa Rica has marketed it much better. We managed to prove Ecuadorians you can have twice the fun for half the price. We also learned a lot about diplomatic meltdowns and passport forgery.
